Jenny as Finance Director is responsible for the finance, human resources and purchasing activities within the business. Clear financial reporting is vital to all of the stakeholders, ensuring that all are focused on continually improving the performance and effectiveness throughout the business. She works on developing the management team and implementing processes and procedures to replicate across all areas of the business.

As Head of Operations, Ricky is tasked with managing the Anaerobic Digestion activities within Adapt Biogas. He has a great understanding of the complexities of the AD set-up and operations and provides a safe pair of hands overseeing the operational aspects of the business.

She is our expert in making our complex business model into something everyone can understand to support and grow the business.

Finance Manager
Melanie heads up the finance team and works with confidence and efficiency to keep the business working successfully. Overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, as well as payroll, VAT and HMRC processes. She is always looking to make improvements to procedures and controls for the groups business as a whole.
